Jeff- Owner and Founder
Jeff has owned and operated Seacoast Youth Flag Football League, partnered with NFL Flag, since 2007 while running the RAGE softball program for equally as long.  The league started in his backyard with his son and friends playing until one day the backyard wasn't big enough. The rest is history and now there are 14 districts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts with more forming every year. New England Pro Flag Football is an extension of SYFFL and affords coaches and players the opportunity to create their own teams and compete against other teams in their region. The RAGE softball program is the home for some of the best softball players in all of New England regularly winning tournaments and sending players to college on athletic scholarships. With the addition of NHL Street and MLB Pitch Hit & Run Seacoast Youth Sports Inc. is now a one stop shop for youth athletics!

Myles- Program Director
Myles is responsible for program communication, program expansion, sponsorship development, event organization, main point of contact for the Lil' Patriots, summer camp coordination, and handles  support staff hiring for positions like referees and field supervisors. He also takes the lead on gamedays prepping fields and equipment required to play.

Caitlin- Females in Flag Coordinator
Caitlin has a very specific and important role, not just for our league, but for all female athletes in Massachusetts as she is in charge of the NFL Flag "Females in Flag" initiative. Her hard work, creative problem solving, and marketing acumen will eventually lead to flag football becoming a sanctioned high school sport in the MIAA. She is paving the way for a whole new age in female athletics.

Dugg- Program Advocate/Mascot
Dugg is a 6 year old chocolate lab who is the heart and soul of the program, simple as that.
